Honest Yoga - Plymouth MN - Nicole

Obsessed with yoga, personal growth, and backwards hats.

Ever since I fell in love with yoga (after initially hating it!) I knew I wanted to create a studio that had high-quality classes, a welcoming community, and the space for both healing and thriving. After so many ups and downs, lessons, and growth I’m so proud that Honest Yoga Studio is that dream come to life!

HONEST YOGA CLASSES

  • Enjoy the benefits of both deep stretching and muscle sculpting with this fusion class designed to develop muscle and build greater flexibility.

  • Still your mind with a quiet, meditative practice that increases flexibility and strength in the joints and builds stamina. We’ll spend time stretching on the floor so our connective tissues can gently release.

  • If you’re physically active, comfortable with basic poses, and appreciate a healthy sweat, this is your class! Find the balance between breath and movement in this vinyasa flow.

  • A great place for beginners. Enjoy a practice at a slower pace with simple yoga breathing exercises and the opportunity to learn basic yoga poses. This practice brings balance and wellbeing back to the consistent practitioner.

  • Practiced in a heated room, Hatha yoga is a fundamental system of yoga that focuses on the pairing of poses with pranayama (breathing).

This class combines slow flow vinyasa and hatha style yoga. Poses will be held longer bringing the body and the mind into a balanced state in this focused, intense yet calming class. This class is for all levels.

  • If you are wanting to improve your core strength, balance, flexibility, agility and motor control in a fun yet challenging workout, Pure Barre is the class for you. Designed to tone and define those long lean lines you have always wanted with small, precise isolated movements and low impact. Beginning with a dynamic warm up followed by upper body sculpting, toning of thighs and lifting of the seat(at the barre), flattening of the abs and cool down and stretching to finish. No dance experience necessary and all age appropriate.

  • Strength & Conditioning Class is a high-energy, full-body workout that combines the best elements of strength training and cardiovascular conditioning. You'll be guided through a series of circuit-based exercises that target various muscle groups, helping you build strength, improve endurance, and boost your overall fitness level. This class is for any level-beginners are always welcome!
