Our founder Nicole Byars didn’t love yoga right away - in fact, the first time she tried it she was NOT a fan. Imagine her surprise when she slowly fell in love with the practice and saw the benefits it brought into her life.
Fast forward a decade and Honest Yoga is helping hundreds of people come home to their bodies and feel strong, empowered, and at peace in our welcoming space.

3900 Vinewood Lane North. We’re located off of 494 and County Road 9/Rockford Rd in the Cottonwood Plaza.
Our doors are always open 30 minutes prior to class and are closed after the last student leaves. Typically those hours are 9:00-11:00 am and 5:00-8:00 pm.

YES! We want you to try as many classes as you want in your first 2 weeks so you can get a feel for our AMAZING community!

To book a class you can download the MindBody app (it's free) or visit our schedule page.

You do not need to be a member to take a class. You can buy class packages and/or purchase a drop in class.

Absolutely! You can change your membership at ANYTIME. Our studio manager, Ally, will gladly help you adjust your membership to fit your needs.

We offer a 200-hour yoga teacher training once a year if you are interested in becoming a yoga teacher or deepening your practice. Honest Yoga is a certified yoga school through Yoga Alliance and through the State of Minnesota.
