What to bring to an Honest Yoga class

01. Water

Hydration is everything - bring a water bottle to sip whenever needed throughout your class. We have refill options available in studio.

02. Comfy Clothes

No trendy outfits needed - just clothes that make you feel good in your skin, and you can easily move (and sweat) in.

03. Yoga Mat

Any yoga mat will do - we provide all other props that make stretching and poses more comfortable.

04. Good Energy

All other props and tools we will provide - just come to class ready to zen out, stretch, laugh, breathe, and move!

WORKSHOPS & RETREATS

  • Join us for a special donation-based yoga + meditation class led by Sara, Abby, and Christina — three Honest Yoga teachers and breast cancer survivors.

    This 75-minute class is a celebration of strength, resilience, and community. Together we’ll move (in the heat) with intention, breathe with purpose, and honor those who have faced or are facing breast cancer.

    All proceeds will be donated to local and national breast cancer awareness and support organizations. Sign up here and cash donations will be accepted the day of class.

    Come flow in love and solidarity — for the fighters, the survivors, and the supporters who remind us what true power looks like.

    Full Moon Breathwork + Meditation
    Thursday, November 6 | 7:45–9:00 PM

    Led by Nicole Byars


    The full moon invites release — a time to let go of what’s heavy, outdated, or no longer aligned with who you’re becoming.


    This evening workshop combines restorative movement, intentional breathwork, and guided meditation to help you clear energetic clutter and create space for renewal.


    We’ll begin with grounding postures to open the body and settle the mind before moving into a deep breathwork journey designed to help you release stored tension and emotion.


    You’ll close with a visualization and meditation to restore balance and clarity under the glow of the full moon.
    Come ready to exhale what’s no longer serving you — and reconnect with your natural rhythm.


    No experience necessary. Bring your mat, a blanket, and an open heart.

  • Group Sound Journey

    Join Annie Fitzgerald for a Group Sound Healing Meditation. Annie’s 20+ years of experience with sound as a professional musician, singer-songwriter & sonic energy medicine practitioner brings a unique and powerful style to her reiki-infused, channeled experiences. You're invited to surrender to the sound of sacred voice, crystal bowls, gongs, drums, shakers, chimes and more to clear energetic blockages and enter into a deeply restorative & meditative state. The benefits of Sound Healing include: better sleep, a reset of the physical and energetic systems, reduced effects of anxiety & depression, a pathway to spiritual connection, plus all of the benefits of meditation such as lowering of blood pressure and increasing oxytocin.

    Bringing a cozy blanket, pillow & yoga mat is recommended (anything that will make you comfortable). An eye pillow or eye mask can be beneficial to help you sink deeper into meditation.

  • Join us for a guided meditation with gentle yoga movements on the mat. This 75-minute workshop on Sunday November 16th from 7-815 pm will unify mind, breath and body.

    We will begin with asana (postures and movement), utilize pranayama (breath practices), and experience a dhyana (guided meditation) focused on gratitude and abundance to improve mood and inspire overall joy.

    We will set an intention, engage in thoughtful movements, and experience guided breath and meditation. The gentle movements will facilitate alignment in our bodies to promote the flow of energy, release stagnant tension, and support our natural detoxification process with breath and meditation.

    Please join us with your mat, comfortable clothes, a blanket, water, eye mask if you desire and any additional supports to use as props for the comfort of your body while laying on the mat.

    All are welcome, no prior experience required.
