Belief + Energy: The Heart of Manifestation Continued
Last week, I shared the first step of manifestation: intention. Getting clear on what you want. Because if you don’t know where you’re going, it’s like handing the Universe a blank map.
But clarity is only the beginning. Once you know what you want, you need two things to really bring it to life: belief and energy.
And this is where so many of us get tripped up.
Step Two: Belief
Let’s start with belief. You have to believe it’s possible for you. Otherwise, no matter how clear your vision is, it won’t land. It’s like trying to plant seeds in dry soil—nothing grows.
At the retreat, one of the women shared that she’s dreaming about starting her own business. She could see it so clearly—working for herself, setting her schedule, doing what she loves. But then the doubts came in: There are already so many people doing this… why would anyone choose me?
That’s such a common story, isn’t it? I’ve thought it myself in different ways.
Here’s what we explored together: yes, other people may be doing something similar. But no one is doing it like you. There’s not one other person out there with your story, your voice, your perspective, your energy. And that’s what makes people want to work with you.
So instead of letting that belief stop her, she’s rewriting it into something new:
“There are many people offering this—but no one else is me.”
That’s the shift. From self-doubt to self-trust. From scarcity to possibility.
Step Three: Energy
Once belief is in place, the next piece is energy.
Your emotions are your magnet. Energy doesn’t lie. You can have the clearest intention in the world, but if your energy says “I don’t believe this is possible,” that’s what you’ll attract.
At the retreat, we practiced “acting as if.” Not just picturing what we were calling in, but really stepping into the feelingof it.
For one woman, it wasn’t about seeing the new business set up—it was about feeling the freedom that comes with working for herself.
For another, it wasn’t about imagining the exact details of her home—it was about feeling safe, calm, and grounded in her space.
And when we did this as a group, you could feel the energy shift in the room. It was powerful.
That’s what energy does. When you align with the feeling of already having what you want, your vibration rises—and that vibration draws it closer.
A Story From My Own Life
I’ll share a quick example from my own life.
Years ago, when I first opened the studio, I would walk into that space and imagine it full. Music playing, mats lined up, people laughing and sweating together. Even before it was our reality, I would stand there and feel it. The joy. The connection. The energy of a community built around movement and breath.
At the time, it was just me and a mostly empty room. But that vision—and more importantly, that feeling—pulled me forward until the reality matched what I’d been holding inside.
Your Practice This Week
Here’s what I want you to try:
Catch one limiting belief. Notice where your mind says, “I can’t” or “That’s not for me.”
→ Rewrite it into something empowering and true. Example:Instead of: “The market is too crowded.”
Try: “There’s no one else doing this the way I will.”
Step into the feeling. Take five minutes, close your eyes, and imagine your desire as if it’s already here.
→ Ask yourself: “If this were already mine, how would I feel each day?” Then let yourself feel it fully—joy, peace, freedom, excitement.
This isn’t pretending. It’s aligning.
Bringing It Together
Belief and energy work hand in hand. Belief cracks the door open. Energy pulls it in. Together, they create the inner alignment that makes manifestation possible.
So this week, notice your beliefs. Feel into your desires. And remember: energy doesn’t lie.
